It has a spacious outdoor deck with built-in BBQ, sink, and lots of storage.  Inside has new furniture with a hide-a-bed.  Bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.  It is located across from the ‘A’ laundry room and satellite pool.

Price:   $2200.00 per month. Tenant will get a better rate if taken for the full available time.   A  $50.00 one time per visit to be paid to the office for an admin/resort fee.
