• Desert Aire Resort is a 55-plus, pet-free park located in the city of Indio, at the eastern end of the beautiful Coachella Valley.
• Our residency is limited to nine months a year, so we still have homes and lives away from Desert Aire.

There are endless opportunities to explore and experience the Coachella Valley, whatever your interests may be. Sports, arts, culture, music, nature, shopping and outstanding restaurants are all within easy reach of our community.

Our resort continues to benefit from the strong legacy of volunteerism, which was begun by our earliest park residents. Whatever your passion is, chances are we have an opportunity for you to explore and celebrate it. Interested in landscape design? We have a committee for that! How about using our water resources wisely, serving as a Board member leading our park, helping care for our extensive library or maybe you’re an expert pancake flipper? Those are all skills valued and appreciated in our community.
