Located on the desirable west wall, Lot 37 is a beautiful 65′ deep Lot with a stamped concrete patio surrounded by grass and offers more privacy than many other Lots in the Park.  The Lot includes a shed with a fridge and patio furniture.

Price: $1,400 per month plus metered electricity.  There is a one time $50 admin/resort fee (to be paid at the office within three days of arrival), and a refundable gate card key.
