Unit 243 on side B, is available for rent December 2025. The unit is quite comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need for your stay.   I have added a pergola at the back facing the quiet and relaxing water way to relax in and read or entertain.  There is a large outdoor patio table and chairs, outdoor gas firepit, barbecue, storage shed and parking for one car. It’s a cozy private spot to relax and enjoy the nicely landscaped backyard which has a large grapefruit tree, bougainvillea shrubs and yellow trumpet flower hedges. The rental fee is $1900.00 plus a $50.00 administrative fee.
